Viewings
There is extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email.
As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in touch with me and book a viewing, I’m available 7 days a week.
Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest I don’t ever want to have more than 5 properties on the market at any time.
This means that I can give my utmost attention to my clients, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.
All viewings are conducted by myself and sellers and buyers will only deal with me from beginning to end.
